Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing CineVault (“the Service”), operated by CineVault Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via https://www.cinevaults.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the Service.

2. 100% Commercial Rights & Intellectual Property

You own your outputs. CineVault claims zero intellectual property or copyright ownership over the video renders, animations, audio synthesis, and image files generated from your prompts.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CineVault grants you a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable commercial license to distribute, broadcast, monetize, license, and exhibit all MP4 video files generated through your account. You may freely use your outputs for client work, paid advertisements, feature films, YouTube channels, and commercial streaming.

3. Direct Dollar Wallet & Cents Accounting

CineVault operates strictly on a direct dollar-denominated prepaid wallet system ($10 Starter or $20 Pro Studio deposits).

Zero Expiring Tokens: Unlike conventional subscription platforms that confiscate unused credits after 30 days, your dollar balance remains active indefinitely until consumed.
Exact Cents Deduction: Every video generation deducts exact cents ($0.03 for Flash, $0.11 for Cinematic, $0.14 for Studio Audio 5s, $0.20 for Studio Audio 10s) based on completed computation.
Refunds on Unused Balances: Unspent wallet balances are refundable upon written request to support@cinevaults.in prior to compute processing. Spent compute balances are non-refundable once renders have completed.

4. Dedicated GPU Architecture & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

CineVault provides access to high-density batch scheduling across dedicated high-performance enterprise GPU hardware clusters.

The initial founding cohort is strictly limited to 50 active accounts to prevent cluster congestion. While traditional interactive playgrounds suffer long erratic queues, CineVault processes jobs in continuous batch passes. The typical delivery turnaround is same-night (between 2 to 12 hours from queue submission). CineVault makes every commercially reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted hardware uptime.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Content Prohibitions

You agree not to use CineVault to generate, store, or transmit:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content depicting harm to minors (strictly zero tolerance; immediate account termination and legal reporting).
Non-consensual sexual imagery or non-consensual deepfakes of real private individuals.
Content promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, or harassment against protected classes.
Deceptive political misinformation or malicious impersonation intended to defraud.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found violating our Acceptable Use Policy without notice or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CineVault Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or generated assets.
