1. Our Privacy Commitment

CineVault Technologies (“CineVault”, “we”, “our”) is founded by engineers who value creative privacy. We collect only the minimum information necessary to authenticate your account, notify you of completed video renders, and process prepaid wallet transactions.

We do not sell, monetize, or rent your personal information, prompt text, or generated video outputs to third parties. Ever.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Identification: When registering for founder access or creating an account, we collect your name, email address, country of residence, and WhatsApp or Telegram contact (for urgent batch completion notifications).
  • Billing Data: When depositing funds into your $10 or $20 cash wallet, payment processing is handled securely via certified third-party payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal). CineVault never views or stores raw credit card numbers.
  • Generation Prompts & Input Images: We process your text prompts, camera parameters, and optional Image-to-Video reference frames solely for executing your requested diffusion render.

3. Generated Video Asset Retention & Auto-Purge

All rendered MP4 videos and synthesized audio tracks are temporarily stored in private, encrypted cloud storage to allow you to preview and download your assets.

  • 14-Day Retention Window: Generated assets remain available for download in your dashboard for 14 calendar days.
  • Automated Purging: After 14 days, generated video files and source reference frames are automatically and permanently purged from our active storage servers to protect your storage privacy.

4. Model Training Policy

Your creative prompts and uploaded reference photos are NEVER used to train foundational AI models. We respect creator confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements with clients.

5. Data Security & Encryption

All data transmitted between your browser and CineVault is secured using TLS 1.3 encryption. Internal database communications and credentials are strictly isolated within hardened virtual private networks.
