DMCA Policy

Overview

CineVault respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

What We Host

CineVault is a movie review and analysis platform. We provide:

• Editorial reviews and analysis of films
• Ratings and quality assessments
• Links to official channels and third-party platforms
• Promotional images used under fair use for commentary purposes

We do not host, upload, or distribute copyrighted video content directly on our servers.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available on or through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following:

• Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Location of Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL).
• Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
• Review the claim within 72 hours
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
• Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the removal

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the required information as specified by the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
